Alexandreil was his father and had a real relationship with him when he was a child. Leon would love him and feel abandoned and vengeful. Leon never really bonded with his mother, as a child, he could tell she had little real affection for him.
Thearon would encourage this resentment towards ALexandreil.

She would not be dead yet then. she would have disappeared and no one know what happened to her.
When Harris learns what happened he will be devastated. He will blame himself for her death.
